No Returns

If you have an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged shipment, please contact our Bearcloud’s team at bear7fires@gmail.com before proceeding with the return.

We reserve the right to charge a processing fee and/or return shipping fee for any return/refund that is not the result of Bearcloud error. Shipping and processing fees previously paid by you are all non-refundable. Returns must be in original unopened package.
